Intermediate Yoga

Yoga found to be an effective method for Cancer patients and survivors. Several Yoga practices help in rehabilitation and recovery. Though this course, I would like to offer safe and effective yoga practices to support patients and survivors.

2. Intermediate Course

Prerequisite: 

Basic course holder or few months of Yoga practice knowledge/experience

  • Intermediate pranayama
